Kitchen staff

At Marsol Hotels we are looking to recruit staff for the Reception department for our Hotels and/or Apartments in Lloret de Mar.

What will your day to day consist of?

• You will be the image of Marsol Hotels to give the excellent first impression to our guests.
• Satisfactorily carry out customer check-in and check-out processes.
• Proceed with the registration of all guests entering the hotel following the relevant protocols.
• Gestion of reservs.
• Contact with the rest of the departments for correct operation.
• Advice and response to queries or requests.
• Monitoring of comments, management and resolution of incidents.
• Billing, collection and cash closing during your shift.
• Support to the reservations department and the different areas of the hotel on operational issues.

What do we expect from you?

• Experience performing reception functions, preferably in 4 ^* hotels.
• Demonstrated experience working in hotels, customer-facing service and/or customer experience.
• Knowledge in the use of different PMS and OTAS.
• Customer orientation, detail and excellence.
• Motivation and positive attitude.
• Professionalism, responsibility and good appearance.
• Initiative and teamwork.
• Languages: Fluent English and Spanish, knowledge of other languages (French, Catalan) is valuable.
• Availability for the entire season.
• Residence in the area or surroundings.

• Intensive 8-hour day. Rotating shifts with two days off a week.
• Discontinuous permanent employment contract. Long season possible.
